However, getting others to provide us with an honest opinion of their perception of us, may be a difficult task. How specifically would you go about gathering this information, particularly from those who work for you?

Being a leader, I would demonstrate my newly developed ethics to others, who may doubt me, here, I need to specifically follow several practices as to demonstrate such newly developed ethics to others, and these are as stated below:

• I should create a framework that will focus on good sides of such newly developed ethics and how they could benefit other people, what are the general importance of such ethical terms and practices.
• I should create a campaign that could include video content or visual message and we could promote the same on social media, local area, website, etc.
• Further, I can build expected performance that could clarify the benefits of such newly developed ethics.

Here, we could gather information by following several tactics or practices, these are like:

• We could conduct survey and request each people to share their honest opinion, we could ask for any questions and feedbacks from each people.
• We also can conduct interview that could include discussion with individual or within small group, here, we could feel them free and we could request them to share their honest opinion of their own perception. That could give us more insights, so, we could take action plans more diligent way as now we are aware about the precise feedbacks of each participant or user.
