Leadership is the art of providing motivation and support to a group of individuals to achieve a common goal. It may be business , sports , force. Anything with out a leader or leadership is nothing but a fake work it won't give any proper result . A good leader should have certain qualities which differentiate them from common people like courage , humility , integrity so on.

According to me James cameron is a good leader who made a great signature in the cinema world and keep on breaking the records . His works gives us a new world of opportunity and make us think a little bit. This man has a great vision what he is up to and what he want to achieve ,the courage of spending his valuable time and money on his project just to make it a huge success. His humility as well is a good example how good he is at leadership . These precious abilities made him a good leader and that leadership made their entire team to win every success.

His job is to do a movie. But the relationship between the actors , their emotions and so many variables may effect a movie a proper adjustment and regulation among these make a good movie and this is done by director . But all of them could not do it . That's make Cameron different from others and says he is a good leader .
