Communication constitutes the organization is the term not used to indicate that the communication takes place in the organization or within the members of the organization, but this phrase explains that communication is the process that constitutes the whole organization and lack of communication lacks the proper functioning of the organization.

The view explores the idea that communication is the process that frames the organziation and its working, It is simple to identify that any organization or workplace without communication is a failure. the model of CCO originated from linguistics in 1980s by the theorist Karl Weick. the author described that organization is not a static process but it is the dynamic process.

this idea constituted three major models and schools of thoguths that are 1) Montreal School, 2) Mscphee's four flows based on structuration theory and Luhman's theory. Hence, all these thoughts agree that communication results in explanation of the social relaity.
