The Global manpower has seen a varied change in the recent times. The people who have the religious and racial differences as well as languages are working together in the globalised markets for the best of venture value. The barriers have gone and the market for the diversity is thus open.

The ethics thus should be such that have the neutrality towards all differences and work together. Hence the CEO has to plan it such that it suites all and the aspects of gender and religion gets respect and also opportunity correctly. The people can only have one hour for themselves at the 8 hour shift which the people can use for religion or food etc. The workers would have a way of communication that’s always neutral and don’t have any aspect of bias for anything that’s racial or personal. The Business of Toyota has its statement of intent very clearly in the business and keeps the Diversity is Strength which would manage the employees. The same is a good way that the business projects in all its aspects in its production or the international retails. This can be accepted for the management of employees. The Ghana business has to take in the same which would be for its workers at Ghana and its international stakeholders as well. The business would have to ensure the management that suites its stakeholders like suppliers as well at home to ensure it for the long term.
