in starting days of doing online business tony, was hiring friends family members, friends of friends because he does not have any hring experince which causes the problem in business growth because the culture of the company has been lost so tony find the need of framework of a corporate culture which can help to grow business.so tony made such 10 core values which are not just words but a meaning to grow.

so other companies should learn from the tony" experience & learn that corporate culture is not easy to maintained or implement. other companies should make their own corpoarte cultutre to increase the growth of company as well employees.
