the three values i would choose are-
1- Be Adventurous, Creative, and Open-Minded-
this value provides the employee an opportunity to be adventrous & craetive at work in zappos so it provides the excitement to employees at zappos to work. this value helps the employee to never get bored of thier work also make them tension free as corporate culture of the zappos focuses on employees to be open minded not be in pressure.
2- Build a Positive Team and Family Spirit-
this value helps the employee to understand the meaning & improtance of team & how a teamwork can improve the personality,attitute of the employee.thie corpoarte value helps the employee to think beyond thier individual goals & think & act like a team.this corporate culture value helps to foster the coodination & cooperation quality in the employees of zappos.
3- Be Passionate and Determined-
this corprate values helps the employee to make thier goals in life & be determined to achieve them. this value helps the employee to foster positive attitude in personal as well as professional life because this would give them a motive what to achieve & how to achieve.

the culture of Zappos started by the tony hsieh the CEO of Zappos in 2000. he found a need of strong corporate culture to grow his online business by zappos so with the help of his employees he created 10 core values at zappos
the corporate culture of zappos is maintained by using its 10 core values in hiring process of employees as well in other business activities.

in starting days of doing online business tony, was hiring friends family members, friends of friends because he does not have any hring experince which causes the problem in business growth because the culture of the company has been lost so tony find the need of framework of a corporate culture which can help to grow business.so tony made such 10 core values which are not just words but a meaning to grow.
so other companies should learn from the tony" experience & learn that corporate culture is not easy to maintained or implement. other companies should make their own corpoarte cultutre to increase the growth of company as well employees.
