Ethics are an important part of any organisation which determines the success or failure of the organisation. If the organisation remains ethical it will stay in good books of the customers and hence will remian successful. For example a renowed tobacco manufacturer shut down an unit which is located in a very good place in a city because the plant is causing a lot of pollution even when there are plenty of trees. Inorder to prevent the pollution the company shifted it's plant some other secluded area so that no one will be harmed . This shows their ethical vakues . It took the necessary steps even before receiving any compalints frompeople just on the basis of results of a research conducted. As it acted in ethical way people started trusting the brand and hence it is successful . Hence ethical aspects helps in maintaining the reputation and good will of the organisation which helps in maintaining the brand value and hence remain successful.
