The organisation which I would like to talk about is Google. As we all know Google is one of the most interacting and employement favourable company where the employee benefits are the main qualities to attract the most skilled and best employees in the labour market.
Researching upon the same company and apart from the monetary compensation which is exceptionally high in Google as compared to other companies, the company also offers a variety of employee benefits which helps the employee to not only grow physically and externally but also internally. Being it paid holidays, internal environment of the company, bars, video gaming centers, good offers, discounts in various stores, free food, allowances and other growth benefits, Google never disappoints any employee as per the effort and hardwork the employee is investing in the company.
The most attractive thing I liked about the company is the employement career plan and enhacement programme. Google always favours the innovation and creativity. Thus, any employee who can actually create or innovate a new idea or technology is offered every resource and the technology to create the same, build the same and enhance the knowledge and the career by doing and learning process making the company a growing and the best to be working for.
