ANS : MOST ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS ARE TOO COMPLEX TO BE HANDLED BY TRADITIONAL FORMS OF GOVERMENTS REGULATION ----> IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT OBSTACLES TO SOLVING GOBAL PROBLEMS.

As we know that every country in this world have its own laws and regulation to regulate the environment ,citizens for the safety of the country but as the advancement of science every country are going to be progress but in the materialistic way they develop different kinds of gadgets ,weapons ,road constructions , mall, building and modern transport vehicles etc but government of every country pay less attention on the environment and causes of different activities of the human on environment .Every country thinks so that weapons are the source of protection their country ,they think that they are efficient, big ,powerful country by developing weapons but nature is powerful number of suspense present in the nature this told by the nature to us by COVID-19 .We are not ready for this kind of outbreak and small tiny microorganism is the cause of this big loss we cannot imagine this kind of huge loss, but it is happening and every country uses their resources to cure this kind of disease but all these strategies are failed we people are not ready for this kind of outbreak all country are busy to develop weapon and other gadgets .This problem is quite complex and we are adopting traditional methods to solve this .like drugs which are not effective again this, vaccines etc .

We should have to take a effective measure in place of traditional regulations ,these strategies are failed with the passage of

the passage of time we should prepare as per the demand of the situations we should not depend on other country of the manufacturing like china this country not doing well to other country .so ,it is the demand of the time environment and the organisms present in it, is power of country and we should develop the technique that if one nation suffers any kind of disease should be informed to other country so that environment of that country can keep safe .traditional method should be replaced by modern method.so that can tackle the different environmental problems according to the need of the time
