Describe the role of information technology in globalization (Related to Management information system (MIS))

The globalisation is the process of international relationships between various countries in world wide. These relationships are in amoung various organisations or companies across the world to make the trades internationally easier. In globalisation the transportation and communication between the countries are important for interconnect the different national economies and for the world wide growth of globalisation.

The information technology especially, management information system (MIS) playing an major role in the globalisation, in productivity and the overall performance of the organisations. The organisational level informations are collect and analyse by the MIS. After analysing the gathered information, the MIS will helps the organisation in their functions like decision making, market management, financial management etc and make the organisation as more productive. The MIS is very important in the globalisation because, every organisation must need the information about the work that they are going to perform. Therefore we can say that the MIS helping the organisations in decision making by providing required information base.
