Building a social network is very much necessary nowadays and individuals can easily interact and being popular in a society that gives many benefits to him in the form of knowledge, employment, financial support, relationship, respect, power, experience, etc.

The importance of social networking with the help of social media will leads to strong connectivity with local information, national information, international information about every field, happening, major economic news, political news, pandemic news, and situation. As per my views, it depends on individuals that what types of news and networking he want to build because social networking has endless importance and advantages along with many more disadvantages.

Individuals can connect with the world community easily, gathering information about career, educations, specific knowledge, films, fashions, health, technology, etc.

Online platforms like LinkedIn and e-portfolios are much helpful in enhancing employability and increasing the career of working professionals. These online platforms offering to create a profile for working professionals so that they can share the business information, management practices, news development, offering, employment opportunities, major recruitment, etc.

Professionals that are sitting over the major positions are sharing job opportunities on these social media to which benefiting the other professionals in their employment opportunities.
