Dear Sir,
I am regular visiter at your restaurant located in XYZ place. I am writing to express my gratitude for the services you offered on 13th December when i visited with my family to celebrate my birthday. It was one of the most memorable birthday events in my life and your staff made it even more special by giving so much .
Your hospitality and sweet gestures has definitely won me as one of your permanent customers and i would love to recommend your resturant to my acquaintances. Talking about interior it is very soothing and relaxing. Beautiful interior and wonderful and accurately placed lightning system neither too bright nor too dim which makes it a perfect spot for celebration.
However ,everything was so perfect and we placed orders for food and drinks to the waiter who assured us that our food would be ready in forty-five minutes. Firstly the meals were not seved on time, as we waited for our meal for about 1 hour and secondly when the appetizers were served, we found human hair in our bowl of soup. This was served alongside a basket of stale bread and expired butter.
So, as your regular customer I would like to suggest you that please maintain your food quality and focus on each and every detail before serving of meal because ultimately more than ambience and interiors food is important.You should also check time to time food quality and expiry date of the products. Because health of cutomers should be priority of any food serving business.
In view of this , I demand a partly refund of my money paid to your resturant and letter of apology from the waiter who blatantly ignored the food orders I placed from your resturant menu. Furthermore, kindly ensure that your chefs adhere to strict hygeine and cultinary practices. I implore you to take these concers seriously .
