Answer.
The relationship between leadership changes and turnover and
engagement is such that, in any organization leadership plays an
very important role. It is the duty of the leader to unite the team
member and minimize the turnover in the organization. As a matter
of fact in any organization if the leadership changes it is quite
natural that the people associated with the leader will also change
the organization and hence the turnover and engagement in the
organization will be more. So it is quite important for
organization to keep a good control over the leadership in the
organization and adopt those policies and structures such that the
leadership remains constant and the junior employees, even if there
is the increase in the turnover there is a minimum effect on the
organization. The leadership is also important in such a way that a
leadership acts as a catalyst for change in the organization. A
leader is a person who can motivate the employees in order to take
out the desired actions and desserts from them which can lead to
the achievement of the vision of the organization. A leader can
involve active participation from the employees which can increase
their moral and lead to minimum turnover and maximum performance in
the organization.
