Offer your best explanation of juvenile delinquency in the United States (this might be an integrated perspective, etc.).
(1)Juvenile delinquency, also known "juvenile offending", is the act of participating in unlawful behavior as a minor or individual younger than the statutory age of majority.
(2) For example, in the United States of America a juvenile delinquent is a person who is typically below 18 years of age and commits an act that otherwise would have been charged as a crime if they were an adult.
(3)Juvenile crimes can range from status offenses (such as underage smoking/drinking), to property crimes and violent crimes.
Based on your theoretical position what policies and/or practices are necessary to reduce delinquency?
Following practices are necessary to reduce delinquency:
(1)School and community prevention programs to be employed
(2)Classroom and behavior management programs to be implemented.
(3)Multi-component classroom-based programs to be practised.
(4)Social competence promotion curriculums to be adopted.
