Discuss the differences, if any, in the way you would conduct a final interview with a 10-year corporate controller accused of embezzling funds and a new cashier accused of stealing cash. Include a comparison of 3 questions you would ask each of the suspects during this phase of the interview process. Include in your discussion the differences or similarities in the questions you selected and explain why you would ask those particular questions to those particular individuals.

A corporate controller is the leader of the records office and is considered as one of the hardest employments to perform in the organization which requires involvement ,knowledge,integrity and eagerness to buckle down though occupation of clerk is even more a normal employment and he don't need to take any choices, however simply take after the rules.

Meeting of both the people should be moved toward distinctively however beginning with same arrangement of inquiries concerning their past allegations in the last round of meeting, I may examine about the past and what are they denounced of,what they believe are the possibility of they being acquitted.However ,for the CC the meeting would be longer talking about scope of themes. a portion of the inquiries which can be asked from CC are:-

1. How he believe are the fundamental issues in the company,as far as he probably is aware.
2. How he can follow up on them.
3. What he thinks about the present business and shopper patterns.

I would make these inquiries to CC due to the details engaged with his activity job and to pass judgment on his large scale and additionally small scale views,to find out about his exploration systems.

though with clerk it would be general inquiries like:-

1. where does he see himself following 5/10 years.
2. what he supposes are the manners in which he can enhance his activity job.
3. is he willing to move to another activity job if opportunity given.

These inquiries would be founded on the appraisal of his own characteristics.
