Expert Solution

The GCC stands for the Gulf Cooperation Council, and this a Middle East countries alliance that has been formed and geared to or aimed at stabilizing political as well as economic development in the region. These countries include Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, hence the need to understand GCC as an alliance concept. An apparel business would include a business dealing with sell of clothes therefore, being a manager in this, this is the kind of business that one would be managing as well. Therefore to expand the business it would be as well important to use or invest in a country nearby the same region and even better maintaining the Middle East block for this case. For example investing in company like Turkey, there are changes needed to adjust and adapt to the business market of Turkey as well. The due process entails doing and seeking for legal advice and approval, followed by making joint relationships with the commandite companies also the joint stock firms, the liaison offices and set up a branch to start the business. There are changes to be made these would include the organization design, structure and culture as well as the key changes to make. Regarding to innovation and creativity, this design would be based on employing people from Turkey, the structure would be a normal functional and culture would be to stick to the country culture.

The changes proposed when it comes to design is by employing most of the people as the workers of the branch company opened. This is a creative and innovative way to mean that there would be no need of hiring individuals either from one of the alliance countries. This would help reduce costs, reduce issues of foreigners and not appreciating the people in the branch country hence at all not in case where the company would be effectively performing a social responsibility, hence the design is important as well as the structure that would enhance them to make decisions on their own and enjoy their common culture also.
