an organization includes:-
Basic Physiological
Needs:- It refers to the basic need of a human in an
organization i.e. basic needs which are required for survival. It
includes money, basic rights whithin an organization which an
employee need to survive. If we look at the response of customer
then without customer's support the business will not run and there
will be no money or profits if customers rejects the goods.
Safety and Security
Needs:- It includes those needs in which an employee
requires safety i.e. job safety and security of an individual
within the organization and in the life as well. The customers
plays an important role under this step of heirarchy also as if the
customer do not provide positive response then business will not
run for a longer period and job security will not be there.
Belongingness
Needs:- It includes those factors which helps in creating
healthy working environment in terms of relations within the
organization. It includes social needs of an employee or an
individual. It refers to the relation of an employee with their
colleagues who are working together and the staff in the
organization. This need totally depends upon the internal
environment of the organization.
Self Esteem
Needs:- It refers to the needs such as recognition in the
organization or society. It also includes other factors such as
promotions and job appraisals which is totally depended upon the
performance of an employee. The performance review is based on the
working of the employee and sometimes customers reviews also. In
such cases cosumers plays a vital role in fulfilling such
need.
Self Actualization
Needs:- It is the ultimate goal or needs of an employee or
an individual within the organization or outside the organization
i.e. in the life. It includes achievements which an individual
wants to achieve and the ultimate goals in the psychology of an
individual. It depends upon the hard work of an individual which he
or she puts on to achieve the targets and by fulfilling his or her
duty and role with effectiveness and efficiency. Under this need
