  • Government/corporation power is the supreme power in country/corporation : People at biggest level knows that there is nobody will going to oppose the government or corporation as they are the supreme power and others will not oppose against the initiatives of government /corporation.
  • Top system is almost corrupt : The topmost system in the government or corporation is almost corrupted highly. One or two ethical authority cannot survive in such environment.
  • No second power to control : Any country / corporation do not have second power which can make controls on the biggest players of corporation / government.
  • Ethical standards of people are at worst level: The current ethical standard of human beings is not good and it is at the worst level in the history of human beings so far.
  • The human nature is greedy and no system in the world which can make their character non-greedy.
  • The illiteracy level and over engagement of public in their routine worked let such people to explore high corruption and bribery cases.
