The Department of Veterans Affairs is required by law to provide eligible veterans hopital care and uotpatient care services, VA defines needed as care or service that will promote, preserve and restore health, the VA plays a major role in veterans lives after they leave the military, now the veterans health care conjures images of scandles and ineptitude, the hopistal officals had falsified records to aviod reporting delays in appointments where some of veterans dies waiting for appointment,, patient is patient we should take care of them very well without discrimation, the appointment should manage well so that they should not be waiting for long time, medical ethics are most important and above that the human love should be base for every act. Fraud is dishonestly obtaining the benefit, there is imprisonment and penalities of thousand of dollars, the right of the VA is that they have the right to have the pain assessed and to recieve treatment to manage the pain and the treatment team will develop a pain management plan together and expected to help the treatment team by telling them if they have pain and if the treatment is working.
