Was it difficult obtaining your first job? Did you feel as if you had to work even harder because of your gender to get that job ahead of any competition?

Expert Solution

Yes it is somewhat difficult to get a first job because of the number of people who are graduating is increasing more day by day. Even if we got the job we may not be satisfied with the salary pacapac they offer as it will be low because of the competition that we have. So I have to wait almost an year to get the package which I want but here to get the required amount of salary you have to prove that your more than people who are trying for that same job and willing to work at low package. So for me it is some what difficult or complicated to get my first job.

No there is nothing like as gender as most of the people who employee us are like that they will see how much capable we are to handle the work rather than gender. There are instances where people who got higher qualification were given preference rather than lower one irrespective of gender. So I don't think gender got nothing to do with my working harder of getting my first job.
