Question 1) Give a brief overview of your college experiences (the good, the bad, and the ugly)...did these experiences shape you positively or negatively? Explain?

Answer 1) my college experience was overall very good, before joining college I felt like I know how this world goes on, but trust me after joining I thought I only knew 5% of it. The experiences which I gained at my college level helped me a lot in making myself better of a person. Yeah some of them were bad but without having bad experience you will never know the taste of better experiences. College experience started off with the orientation programme where teacher gave us a brief about the organization vision and mission and ended with a good job in my pocket.

Question 2) What motivates you more than anything else as a student? Do you believe in short or long term goals, or both? Give some highlights?

Answer 2) Truly speaking, Seeing my competitors doing better than me motivates me the most, everyone has some kind of motivation for me this is the best motivation practice for me. I as in individual believe in long term goal and then breaking them in short cubic and then achieving them one by one.

Question 3) Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Answer 3) I see myself working with a automobile company at a senior manager level, along with this handling 2-3 states under me. Apart from this on a individual level I want myself to be told by others at a person who is loyal towards his company in this 21st era also and a person who is responsible

Question 4) How realistic is that goal? Explain briefly


Answer 4) Every goal is realistic if worked well, if you give your 100% any goal or any objective can be achieved.

Question 5) What are your major expectations from this class?

Answer 5) Major expectation of mine from any of the class is, to take more practical knowledge instead of bookish knowledge, whatever knowledge I take I apply it in real life to master over it.

Question 6) Are you a team-player? Explain the pluses and minuses?

Answer 6) Yes I am team player, and if you want your future to be bring I suggest you also to become a good team player, pluses are that team can help you to discover that in what areas are you better and in what areas you lack when you compare yourself with working of other, being a team players helps you in developing yourself ready for future because bigger goals can’t be achieved alone, minuses are that sometime your personal decision are not taken into consideration and to might feel that results could have been different i.e. more positive if your decisions would have been considered. All these kind of feelings can hurt ego of any individual.

Question 7) Are you a proactive or reactive leader? Explain

Answer 7) I am a risk taker, and I like to take a lot of risk and this ability of mine has made me a proactive leader, I myself react to situations what are happening at the earliest and bring out the results myself. I always respond to things as soon as possible whenever I notice any kind of help is required or I need to bring any change into the system.

Question 8) Do you largely depend on yourself or others for success? Explain briefly

Answer 8) Well I believe that if you will work hard then success will come of your way, but if will be keep sitting on a chair and keep on looking that success where are you then this way it is not going to happen. Success comes to those who can smell the potential opportunity for them, those who are attentive and grab the opportunity before anyone else taking it. So depend on yourself and look for opportunities.

Question 9) Does learning help you in critical thinking? Briefly explain

Answer 9) Yes learning is the first step to any success, after learning it’s up to you how you take that learning as an experience in your life. I believe that for critical thinking it is very important to apply that learning in any kind of physical study so you can see the result of it and this result will help you to develop your critical thinking.

Question 10)Are you known for taking responsibility for your own actions or known for blaming others? Give an example

Answer 10) I like to take responsibilities because I like taking challenges and whenever I take any kind of responsibility I work on them alone just to see my potential and my capabilities that how much I am capable of doing. In my college days I was the media head and the only contact person when it came to media activities and I did my all work very nicely.

Question 11) Briefly discuss an event that you consider consequential in your life…could be bad of good?

Answer 11) I remember we have committee system here in college, where students fill the form and get selected then whole 2 years of PGDM journey work with that committee. There were 2 preferences asked in which my 1st preference was Sports committee and 2nd was media committee, so after giving the interview of both the committees I got rejected from sports committee and was selected in media committee and trust me this was the best consequential event of my life. Working 2 years in this committee completely changed my as a person. So whatever happens, happens for a reason. Peace
