Benefits of chronic Aerobic training, they(1) burn fat (2) improve cardiovascular health and fitness (3) improve's the body ability to recover and repair after intense excercise.

Changing the composition of the muscle fibre.

Aerobic excercise mostly relies on slow twitch muscle fibres, which contract slower and at alower intensity.These fibres are important because they allow to do endurance work for long periods of time before fatigue sets in.

--Aerobic training increase the size and number of Type l muscle fibers,which improves endurance performance.

-- Aerobic traning also converts Type llx fibre to Type lla.The llx are fast twitch and found in especially high quantities among sedentary people.They can be recruited quickly for bursts of power and strength, but they are also usually destroyed once used.By converting llx to lla fibres, people can improve fitness and increase the amount of reusable fast twitch muscle fibres.
