Thenassociate degree nurse has fully trained in only on clinical skills or practices means it has a focused role and responsiblilty towards the patient only but the BSn nurse focused on readership, nursing research management and clinical skill training
A BSN nurse makes a good clinical judgement she is having a very vast knowledge on the decision making by means of evidenced based research and thinks critically for the patient and also involves the patient in the process of decision making while the ADN nurse has limittes practice in case of decision making for the patient she makes decision for the patient which has only limited benefits not a long term benefits
The significant of applying the EBP in the nursing provides a high quality care to the patient in a numerous nsg speciality. It aims to provide the effective care that improves the patient health.
