When nursing began , it has a very little role in a medical training. In early days nursing initiate to develop different medical skills nursing was done only by the women newer trend comes now boys also involved in the nursing field. It has a limited scope and no broad professionalism but now the nursing is a profession with a code of ethics means the nursing has changed drastically there are extensive training programs hospitals schools etc. Now the nurse works as a autonomous body and has more responsiblilty towards the patient

Thenassociate degree nurse has fully trained in only on clinical skills or practices means it has a focused role and responsiblilty towards the patient only but the BSn nurse focused on readership, nursing research management and clinical skill training

A BSN nurse makes a good clinical judgement she is having a very vast knowledge on the decision making by means of evidenced based research and thinks critically for the patient and also involves the patient in the process of decision making while the ADN nurse has limittes practice in case of decision making for the patient she makes decision for the patient which has only limited benefits not a long term benefits

The significant of applying the EBP in the nursing provides a high quality care to the patient in a numerous nsg speciality. It aims to provide the effective care that improves the patient health. The rn BSN courses hasbthe research as a subject preparing them to do evidenced based research and eliminate the less efficient practices and adapt the new beneficial practices

Interdisciplinarey communication is a sharing thoughts related to the patient with the other team members, the nurse has developed the good interpersonal relationship ( IPR) with the team members the nurse respects the others thoughts respect each other and works together towards a common goal that is the patient care
