Frequent skipping of breakfast will have severe impact on both
physical and mental health on individuals. Absence of morning food
will affect the productivity since breakfast is known as the food
for brain.
Reagrding the human ethics part, it mainly related to mental
health issues caused by reduction in brain metabolism in the
absence of breakfast. Abstaining from breakfast consumption can
cause health related behavioral change in individuals, later will
reflected as unethical behaviors in thier social interations.
