Work organizations are the pool of human beings who come together as a team and perform certain actions in order to reach out to certain goals. The diversity of work organization makes them an area where people from different personalities and cultures are working as one unity. These diversities are the major form of causing conflicts and sometimes an advantage in the work culture.

Evey management or higher authority will always look upon maintaining peace in the work culture. The main reason that HR is being a major part of the industry is to manage human relationships. HR makes sure that everyone is respected and every member of the organization feels a sense of inclusion, his interest is met and thus making the whole organization peaceful.

As it has always been said, nothing is perfect. The peaceful environment might look upon respect from others, good benefits, employer's interests are met, services, etc. There are still some confounding variables that work on a daily basis that might distort this peaceful environment. These include

  • Daily hassles of traffic jams, noise, etc
  • Stress about unable to find the balance between work and home
  • Mood swings are not positive every day.
  • Working with people who are not in line with what is being expected.
  • Workload and targets might get pulled up
  • Internal politics and latent jealousy

These are some of the factors that might create conflicts and intrusion in a positive work environment. These factors in majority cases are very psychological and away from the control of some HR. It is dependent upon the employee how he/she conducts himself/herself and corporate with others.
