Performance excellence in the healthcare sectors related to quality care. When certain procedures , treatment , health education, etc,.. quality is most essential. Hospital reputation an dpatient good outcomes are marked by the performance excellence. Improvement of overall organisational effectiveness and capabilities. The organisations evaluate this excellence by evaluating and scoring the outcomes. Several departments work together to achieve this excellence.
The leadership management and performance management framework empowers the organisation to achieve its mission, improve results and become more competetive in the health sector.
As a patient, i hope the organisation delivers a best care and treatment while admitting in hospital. If the above criteria is followed and rendering absolete care, then we will have a best outcomes by decreasing the illness. Ultimately patient satisfaction is important. He/She has to leave the hospital without any sufferings.
