Effectiveness of strategies, while at the core Amazon is an E-Commerce company it as a diversify portfolio and subsidiary or division of other companies which include a publishing arm and the brand Amazon publishing. another division is a film and television studio under the brand Amazon primee video and the software service business and the brand Amazon Web services. These diversification helps Amazon to de-risk its core portfolio and to build other business which are targeted at consumable services rather than products. these services are still in line but its mission statement and they continue to grow faster giving better margins than the core business for Amazon.
