• As we are talking about a professional document , first of all we have to know -
• what is a document is?
• A document is a file of description about a product in the form of hard copy or soft copy.
• Here, the document will tell about the product in a brief manner and by seeing the document only we came to know about the product activity very clearly.
• basically by using Microsoft word we will create a document.but when you are creating a document to a product you should follow some tips to make the document professional.
• without following the basic steps we won't create the document in a professional way.
• And now discuss the basic steps to create a professional document.

• What are the steps we would follow to create a professional document?
• 1)keep it simple :- the content should be simple and easy to understand.
• 2)use standard font size :- we should use the standard font-size like sans-serif fonts are better on the eyes when read on a digital screen.
• 3)use standard font color :- we have to use some simple and light colors to the font which are comfortable to the human eyes.
• 4)placing images between paragraphs :- if you want to explain the document with the diagram, the image should be placed in between two images.
• 5) Break Up Text With Headings and Lists :- use the bullet points and lists when ever they are needed in the document.
• These are basic steps to create a professional document.

• And we can also make a professional document based upon the specific rhetorical choices and now we will also discuss their importance in the document preparation.
• Formatting :- The reader concentration would be on the format of the document i.e,.
• i)adjust their alignment :- means they have different alignments and we can choose the alignment from the document and normally every one use the center and left-alignment.

• Word choices :- the word choice is the major thing in the word document and i think the word choice should be in such a way that it is more clear to the reader eyes.
• the 'sans-serif' font is more comfortable to the reader eyes.
