Disability is not an individual problem - society impairs the person not the person's impairment!

Disabled people cannot compete on equal terms with "healthy people" because society has created just too many barriers

Society needs to remove those barriers

Disabled people should have EQUAL rights to each and everything as how other people in society have.

Mindet of society needs a change not the individual.

A person with any sort of disability has the full rights to work with a normal not disabled person in every walk of life!
