The 4 Ps marketing strategy can be explained as follows:

1. Product: Pepsi is a carbonated beverage produced by Pepsico. Pepsico also produces other drinks such as 7 up, Mountain Dew, Diet Pepsi, Tropicana, etc. They produce Pepsi each time with the same quality. This continuous production process has made them efficient in it. people know the taste of Pepsi and each time they drink they get the same taste and satisfaction. Thus, product strategy enables the company to retain its customers. They also grab the market by producing different types of beverages.

2. Price: The price of Pepsi purely depends on the demand for it among consumers. When demand increases, the supply of Pepsi fall short and hence the price rises. Whereas when the supply exceeds the demand the price falls. The prices also depend on the packaging and quantity of the product. The product such as Tropicana is high priced as they are meant for health conscious people. Similarly, the prices for different products by Pepsico is different due to the different size, quality, quantity, demand, factors of production and target consumer.

3. Place: Pepsi is available at every place which makes it more demandable. The company has a wide network of distributors and hence the products are widely available all over the place. They sell their products in more than 200 countries. Pepsi is delivered to targeted places where they can seek more customers. This is why Pepsi is famous all over the world.

4. Promotion: The most important part after production is that of promotion. Pepsico does sales promotion, advertisement by various celebrities, sponsorships, PR, etc. which appears in front of the consumers again and again. This helps the product to get registered in the consumers' mind and gives them an urge to buy Pepsi. They spend a lot on promotional activities. They have sponsored large global events such as cricket, hockey, etc. There are online advertisements, advertisement done by celebrities which attract consumers to buy the product. Other products such as Lipton, Tropicana, Kurkure, etc are equally promoted.
