Answer :- Antigen May be defined as foreign substance that are recognized by the immune system and activate immune system by binding to antigen-specific receptors.

Answer : The main difference between innate and adaptive immunity is given below .
innate immunities is general and are non-specific immune response which is activated by anything that is not "self" while Adaptive immunity is a specific type and tailored response that is based on the specific pathogen when enter inside the body .

Answer :- First line of defense Includes tears from eye ,sweat from skin , skin, mucus, stomach acid and hair.
Second line of defense Includes general WBC, inflammatory defense, specialized proteins .
Third line of defense Includes Immunity - lymphocytes originate in bone marrow and are stored in lymph nodes.
