ESSAY TYPE QUESTION:    Define Newton’s three laws of motion, and explain what they represent collectively. Also provide at least one real life example of one of Newton’s laws. Some questions could further be explained by a diagram if possible.

Newton's three laws of motion are as follows:

The firstlaw states that a body remains at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an external force. Also called the law of inertia

The second law statesthat a body's rate of change of momentum is proportional to the force causing it.

The third law states that when a force acts on a body dueto another body, then an equal and opposite force actssimultaneously on that body. This is called the action and reaction law.

Collective the Newton's Laws of motion represent the relationship between the mass of a body and the external\internal forces applied on it. It help us understand the state of motioon\rest of any object when subjected to an internal\external force.

Examples for the above stated laws can be as follows:

First law can be seen in tha case when we are thrown forward in a car when sudden breaks are applied. This is because brakes apply a ratarding force which prevents us from continuing the same state of motion while travelling in the case

Second Law can be observed when it is easier to push an empty shopping cart than a full one, because the full shopping cart has more mass than the empty one and hence requires a greater amount of force for causing the same change in momentum.

Third Law of motion is seen when we jump off a boat we move forward but the boat tends to move backward.

Newton’s laws of motion, such as trajectory and momentum, do not apply to subatomic particles as they do to larger objects such as baseballs. Research how subatomic particles (protons, neutrons, and electrons) behave and compare their behavior to the behavior of macroscopic particles that are governed by classical Newtonian physics. ·        How does the quantum, subatomic world differ from the world we can see and touch around us? ·        Specifically, do the same laws of classical physics for such things...
