NEUROLOGIC RESPONSE TO STRESS

BAutonomic Nervous System is having an straight role in the physical response to the stress and splits to parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.At the time when the body get stressed,the Sympathetic Nervous System play a part in what is calld as the FIGHT and FLIGHT response.

HORMONAL RESPONSE TO STRESS

By the collaboration of the nerve and hormonal signals,this structure trigger the adrenal glands which is present in the top of the kidneys,to discharge a stream of hormones ,like adrenaline and cortisol.The adrenaline will enhance the heart rate,enhance the blood pressure and raise the energy,
