How can the following social psychological concepts can be applied to understand a company's issues (employee issues mainly) and to enhance performance and productivity?
Note: this question is about attitudes and social influence. Also please provide examples. please note the employees in the company have lot of behavioural problems, work related attitude, low motivation and job satisfaction increased absenteeism and tardiness, poor work performance, elevated stress and conflict. I would appreciated if you could answer this question by highlighting these.

Social psychological concepts are related to the individual's feelings, emotions, belief and interaction with others.
It shows the human behaviour which is affected by others and how the individual deal with others. And its its related with social reference.
Company's issues (employee issues mainly) :-
* Conflicts between employees -
It is related to employees' conflict, when we work somewhere, there is the always conflicts occurs butween team members. Because of not matching of thoughts or ideas. Here social psychological concept is applied that how to manage the conflicts with others. Because it focuses ob behaviour. So it understand the concept of interaction.
* Bullying -
Bullying is happening everyehere, but we have to know how to handle these types of behaviour. Because individual's way of response differ from each other. Everyone is not easily to tease.
* Performance review -
Sometimes you give your best but the reviews from your boss is not good everytime. Social psychological concept also applied to understand this behaviour.
