Pls discuss both parts for Upvote

a) We all talk about media effects, how what we read, see, listen to has an impact on our lives, whether it's as simple as getting a weather alert and making decisions about how we're going to dress that day to having news stories shape our opinions about politics. Media may also affect how we perceive the world and our attitude about violence, sex, drugs and stereotypes, to name a few.

What kind of impact do you believe media has on you and others and our attitudes about those things?  Do you think the media is directly responsible for those attitudes people have? What about for people's actual actions (such as school shootings)?

b) Whether you're reading a newspaper or posting something on Instagram or watching something on Netflix, how much time do you spend with media? Is it surprising? Are you even doing it in your sleep?

Media is an important part of ones life as it play an important role in shaping the attitude and behavior of a person . As per learning theories of psychology , observation learning is an important tool that alters ones attitude , thought process and behavior.

Media have Influnced me on my attitude towards crime. I have become lettlekdesnsitised towards various crimes as they are exccessivelyciverwd in sensational manner in media. I could only acknowledge that someone is suffering but not feel compassionate with same intensity once I used to.

Moreover, media has alter my attitude towards other communities say, people from other religions and regions. Earlier I had a very lenient view and I enjoyed interacting but media highlighting the negative aspect of outsiders in US have changed my view. Now I see outsiders with somewhat negative attitude.

Moreover shooting in school and public places are manifestation of media effect on psyche . More the violence you show , more hatred you show more it will develop. As per researches also, say Bobo doll experiment of bandra, those who are exposed to more violence tv program were actually those who showed high violence .

I spend 3 hours approximately on media, including 1 hr newspaper and 2 hours combined for social media and entertainment like Netflix. It is surprising because 3 hours if a busy schedule is too much. I work for just 6 hours and spend time on media for half of that.No , I donot do it in sleep but certainly it has compromised my sleeping routine , often get late to bed die to media.
