Solutions

Expert Solution

Solution:

It is a good practice for the organizations to be open and transparent to their employees because it helps in making employees connect well with the vision of the organization. The employees feel confident about working for the organization if the organization is transparent and hence the employees tend to stick with the organization. Transparancy provides and develops a transparent work culture which is beneficial for the growth of the organization because in transparent work culture employees tend to have better productivities and the issues regarding employee productivity are lower.

Hence, having transparency with the employees makes employees believe that the organization is transparent with them and builds a trust and confidence within employees which is a beneficial aspect for any organization. Hence, this is why it is necessary that organizations maintain a certain degree of transparency with the employees so that they are glued to the organization and help in organization's growth.

Hence, this is why it is better for organizations to be transparent with their employees/workers.
