organization is based on the education qualification of the
employee with the relevant industry experience of the employee. If
the employee is having good experience with a reputed company the
chances of getting a good salary with compensation is very high.
Any employee in order to receive good compensation with incentive
must have a proven track record of himself in the previous
companies and he must be able to justify his track record with his
actions in the interview, so that the HR manager is better
convinced for paying him good salary. The incentive is based on the
performance of the employees if the employee is able to complete
the task under given time structure the company will take pay
incentives to the employees.
