We will take into consideration intellectual disability of a slow learner.A slow learner is a person who has low IQ than the average age group. I am knowing a kid as well as an adult who are slow learners. The kid learnt to talk very later, he was unable to express himself.

The other parents in schools used to wonder at him and give various suggestions or would ask odd questions to his mother instead of understanding him. No school was ready bto put him to same class as the other people. His speech was very unclear to other people around, he needed his some from his family members explain what he says to people. Because he has difficulty in concentration, the coach had tough time to bring back his concentration.

The adult that I know is now good in speech but there is again less confidence that he carries. He is not allowed to take up any job.He is stuck at the same accounts level. This has led to low income, so his wife struggles to make an extra income.
