Intellectually disabled people will behave in a different way and they will be very adamant in doing what they do. So feeding them will definitely a big problem, besides it depends on the severity of the disability. People will reject them and this rejection will bring a kind of denial in their mind and they won't accept anything, especially when food is brought to them. After all a sound body and a sound mind are both complement to each other.
Intellectual disabilities causes malnutrition but the severity depends on which part of the world the affected person lives.
Developed countries with sophisticated medical facilities provide enough healthcare and food on time which cures the patient or keeps them safe atleast.
In developing countries, most people are not able to cope up in taking care of the disabled people because of financial constraints and lack of free medical treatment.
In third world countries where poverty, war and crimes are at its peak it's very difficult for the affected to get even basic support and needs.
