Anger is a normal emotion and is neither good nor bad. Like every emotion, this too conveys a message if the person is upset or has some fear etc. If this anger is too much accumulated within a person's mind they tend to lose at one point and that emotion bursts out. So, it's normal to feel angry when something wrong has happened with a person.
Now this anger is one thing when vented out can hurt sensitive people around. Anger has definitely been known for ruining relationships, careers, one's mental and physical health. It has also known to cause trauma.
When there are certain family issues that occur due to lack of finances, health problems, career problems, Job related issues etc., the family environment becomes a little more difficult to survive in. One vents their anger on the other, the other person let's it out on their kids and hence they end up disliking that family member.
There are different types of anger:
As one has different members in the family, there can be family conflicts too which might lead to heavy chaos in the family relations. Henceforth we see a lot of couple getting divorced and some moving abroad. Unhelathy emotion triggers a person for fights, and getting angry in the public. When a person gets angry they tend to face health issues like heart attack, depression, insomnia, anxiety etc. Lately relationships are one of the important things that are affected due to anger. Be it with boss, family, friends, colleagues, a person himself.
So it is usually advised to the patients to take meditation and yoga which is known to calm the mind and body and is helpful in maintaining the mental balance.
