Answer :

Increased fat in the human body will leads to obesity. But fat also play important role in the Body to provide energy to perform activities or movements etc.

most of the food which consists of fat in it, when we consume the food it goes to mouth, esophagus and reaches the stomach, Where digestion process begins by HCL in the stomach get added to it.

Then breakdown down of food will occur, the small intestine will make the larger part into smaller one. It is the place where the fat absorption occur.

The digestion will work with the helps of enzymes which is secreted from the digestive organ called liver, pancreas. These two play a significant role in the digestive system.

Bile salts is the acid which mainly responsible for the fat into small pieces or fatty acid. The small pieces after the breakdown is known as chylomicrons. Which is absorbed by the intestines and give it to the body for the energy purpose.

But some digested fat will be saved. When the body didn’t have energy due to lack in the food; on that time the fat will helps the body as a energy.
