- It stimulates primary oocytes to complete 1st meiotic
division.

4. Interstitial cell stimulating hormone.
- It stimulates the sperm production in males.
- It also stimulates interstitial cells of Leydig to secrete
testosterone.
5. Estrogen.
- It stimulates development of female secondary sex
characteriatics .
- It also stimulates Oogenesis
- It aslo stimulates growth of ducts and alveoli.
6. Progesterone.
- It also stimulates development of alveoli or milk
production.
- In uterus it stimulates endometrial growth.
7. Testosterone.
- It stimulates male secondary sex character.
- It also involved in development of genetalia , bone and
muscle.
8. Oxytocin .
- It help in ejaculation of milk.
- It also helps in smooth muscle contraction during labour.
9. Prolactin.
- It stimulates lactiferous alveoli in production of milk.
