Charts & graphs helps to create visually interesting presentation of large data sets.

A raw data table may contain exactly the same information as a chart or graph, but it is more difficult for an audience to understand

Chart & graph function provides clearer picture of given data & creates impactful effects, which allow users to draw analytical findings easily by spotting trends and patterns rather than looking through large data sets.

Pros:

-          Charts & graphs helps in making precise and meaningful management presentation by simplifying & reducing complex data sets.

-          Easily & quickly grasp of given information.

-          Analyzing tends and patterns, which is not possible through viewing large data sets.

-          Charts and graphical presentation can help adding interest of audience or engaging the users or for more detailed or original analysis.

Cons:
