Management, these are as stated below:
- We must study behavior of various human beings, as managerial
success has significant link with such human behavior, further
behavior could create relationship or break relationship, hence, we
should put more emphasis on such Behavioral approach.
- Behavioral approach is also considered as strong foundation for
organizational growth, here, we must study individual behavior,
group behavior, personality of people, perception and attitude of
each people,
- There are several contribution of such Behavioral approach, as
with such approach, organization could bring their contribution in
the area of communication, stakeholder engagement and
leadership/Motivation.

Management, these are as stated below:
- It is difficult to predict human behavior, as human behavior is
highly unpredictable and could be influenced by external
situations.
- Any finding on such human behavior could not be applicable to
all environments, for example: if a person is not fit for
mechanical job, he might be fit for job like office job; hence, any
behavior as defined is not universally applicable.
- We usually put more emphasis on such Behavioral approach, but
there are other causes that we must take care as to improve
management success. Such causes could include process
