  • Behavioral approach is also considered as strong foundation for organizational growth, here, we must study individual behavior, group behavior, personality of people, perception and attitude of each people,
  • There are several contribution of such Behavioral approach, as with such approach, organization could bring their contribution in the area of communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership/Motivation.

  • It is difficult to predict human behavior, as human behavior is highly unpredictable and could be influenced by external situations.
