  1. During union negotiations often bargaining is done on the safety issues of the workers. The workers bargain collectively with the employers to get safer working conditions. These include health and workplace conditions. Workers not receiving proper safety can file a charge against the employer. In union negotiations a representative is chosen and they collectively bargain with the employers for mutual aid and protection.
  2. During OSHA inspection employers have the right to accompany an OSHA inspector all times during walkaround .
  3. The two types of variances are Favorable variance which is denoted by F and unfavorable variance denoted by U. Favorable variance is issued when actual results are better than expected results. When actual results are worse than expected results adverse variance is issued.
  4. Exemption from labeling requirements are :
    When shipments are labeled sterile and is actually unsterile and is on the way to the contract sterilizer.
    Delivery is done under written agreement showing name and address of firm. It must also give the specs.
