People also interact with different ways through letters, newspapers, magazines, radio, movies, emails, etc. A large amount of information, concepts and ideas are flowing from one place to another. This helps us to be updated about all the current affairs. Verbal communication provides clarity, which means nothing can beat verbal communication. It provides clear messages and response is very quick. It also helps with increasing motivation. People get motivated and boosted up from a good speech or use of words. It also helps in saving time, verbal communication happens very easily and messages are transferred in no time. Humans on a very basic level, survive and tries to adapt to the environment, verbal communication helps in understanding the environment and guides us to various skills that we need to learn. Verbal communication is widely used in various domains of this world and life. In the setting like an organizational setup, people communicate and represent their ideologies. A psychologist engages with other people, understand their problems and helps them to get the solutions. A psychologist provides proper guidance and counseling to various individuals. There is a daily need to interact with employers, colleagues, higher authority. All these require good communication skills. In the corporate world, issues come up and they needed to be presented to higher authorities. Verbal communication helps in giving out a presentation and make the individual stand very clear.
