1)Kaizen approach is a kind of Approach which focuses on small changes. It refers to a type of Approach in which the small and positive changes can lead to a significant change. Kaizen approach can be applied in any field like business or even in personal life.
There are five main elements of Kaizen. These are:-
A) Focuses on Teamwork
B) Helps in Personal Discipline
C) Improvement of Morale
D) Taking Suggestions for improvement
E) The building of Quality circles
The best tools of Kaizen are:-
A) Mapping of Value Stream- It is a tool that is designed to check the flow of goods.
B)SIPOC- SIPOC stands for Suppliers, Inputs, Processes, Output, and Customers. It is used to improve the procedure of the work.
C)Fishbone Diagram- It is a tool that is used to identify the problem and focuses on eliminating it.
D) Pareto Analysis- It is also known as the 80/20 rule. It means more significant problems should be handle first and then the smaller ones.
E) Target Progress Report- It is a tool that is used to measure the progress of the work done in achieving the target.
2) CEDAC means Cause and Effect Diagram with Addition of Cards. It is an approach where employees are motivated to give their ideas written on small cards, and later these ideas are evaluated, and the best ones get implemented. It is an essential approach because it enables an employee to think, and it is the best way of employee motivation by engaging them in the management process.
3) Lean Approach is a type of Approach that is adopted while starting a new business. It is used to create a large customer base by developing goods and services according to the customer's needs.
4) The primary function of the Lean Approach is to reduce the waste so that management can function correctly. These wastes are:- Transportation Cost, Inventory Management, Overproduction, Defects in products, Over-processing of products, Underutilisation of Talent.
5)Lean approach tools are used to improve the manufacturing of the product. It is done by adopting various tools:-

C) Kanban System
