The Corona crisis the world faces nowadays has highlighted the necessity of “crisis communication”. The management literature usually underscores the central role of organizational factors in the effectiveness of communication. Thus, the organizational structure might facilitate or impede effective communication during crisis. So, using different resources talk about the following points:
1) Compare the mechanistic bureaucratic structure to organic structure and conclude which one of them is more appropriate to deal with crisis and explain why.
2) Talk about some of the tools that can be used to improve organizational structure to enhance communications during crisis? You should focus on the following strategies:
A) Structural empowerment B) lateral relationship C) organizational learning

there should be a relationship between the internal factors for the successful delivery of the result of communication.

flat structure :- flat structure is the another form of organizational strucutre . which plays an important role.
