2) Yes, leaders have the ability to build high-performance teams with their vision and leadership ability.

Leaders can be a better communicator and demonstrate empathy, compassion on the job today, and going forward, there are several leaders like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, etc are better communicators inside the organization and outside the organization in any change and practices.

These leaders height of success itself explaining much about how they are demonstrating empathy and compassion on the job today and going forward to vision.

Space X, Tesla Motors, Amazon inc, etc are the beautiful example of leaders' communication, demonstrating empathy and compassion on the job today and moving forwards fo achieve the future.
