In 320 word write in essay format how an individual may overcome adversity caused by disability ( attention deficit disorder ADD) and what they learned from the experience.

• Individual with ADD suffers from a lot adversities in their personal and professional lives. They suffer from inattention,hyperactivity,difficulty in doing tasks,sometimes do not listen when talked directly etc.All these things hinders the functioning of the individual. They can overcome this by becoming self aware about their condition.The person needs to find his/her strengths and weaknesses in as many areas of life as possible. This can include learning, sports, social skills and even fine motor skills. The aim from this is to not highlight that one aren't perfect, but to highlight where one should channel and focus his/her energies.
• For example,somebody I know suffered from ADD,for him changing his environmental setting worked. He left his job and didnt work for almost a year and then instead of going back he joined a new place which made him feel better and focus his attention more on is work. He told me changing the place and adapting to new surroundings made him feel good and focus on his strengths. It made him more successful at his job and he overcame the problems he faced of not being able to meet the schedules at work or even going out with family.Environmental adaptation does work for some people.
