I am looking for any suggestions or ideas about how Oprah Winfrey achieves cultural diversity in her many organizations, or any best practices she has used to develop more cultural diversity.

Below mentioned are best practices followed by Oprah Winfrey to achieve cultural diversity.
She decided to stop using the word diversity and decided to start using the world inclusion. This showed the people who much she cares about the people from different cultural backgrounds and how she does not give any value to the skin color.
She makes use of the power of media to communicate with the people and inspire them to get adjusted to the cultural diversity. using the media she is able to reach a wider audience.
She made people believe in donating and treating the people in need as their own. She made sure that she included something related to the society and race in her TV show and told the world why it is important to accept all the people.
She made use of her contacts in politics to create new programs and took the initiative to create an awareness of the cultural diversity in the society. She ran many campaigns during the elections and demands equal opportunities for all the races.
She showed the real-life struggles of the minorities in the United States and told how people can help to overcome that and build a good life. This made the people of America think differently and change their attitude towards cultural diversity.
